We have made links between the articles of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of a Child and our school's curriculum. We considered the broad range of themes that are covered in the books that we read as part of our English curriculum; our lessons are full of discussions about the text and the issues that arise, meaning that we cover most of the articles of the UNCRC. In addition to this, our poetry spine and the wider curriculum enable us to make reference to the full range of articles on the UNCRC - all articles are referred to across the children's time at the school.
